About Tucson Active 20/30

The Active 20-30 Club of Tucson has a distinguished and honored history as one of Arizona's most prestigious and active fund raising men's clubs. Since the clubs inception, the men of Active 20-30 Club of Tucson have raised hundreds of thousands of dollars and dedicated thousands of hours to local children's charities. Tucson 20/30, along with the entire international organization in North and South America, continues to dedicate its fundraising to one of the fastest growing and weakest groups in our fast-paced society: underprivileged children.

Our club consists of men and women between the ages of 21 and 39 who are all focused on the same goal: supporting children's organizations in Tucson by both fundraising and volunteering, whilst giving club members the opportunity to gain and strengthen beneficial social and business relationships (and having a lot of fun in the process!)

Below are examples of some of the philanthropic and social activities & events that we have participated in during the last year:

Philanthropic:

• Donated $10,000 to The Diamonds Childrens Center.
• Donated a large amount of art supplies to the UMC Childrens Center and spent a Saturday morning painting with the kids.
• Built and installed a rain gutter to a preschool building to prevent flooding in their classrooms.
• Entertained kids from Casa de los Ninos on a Saturday morning at our clubhouse and park with a game of kickball & a BBQ.
• A Beer March in which we raised $3,000 for Child & Family Resources, by selling tickets to a beer march where about 60 people went to 5 different bars on 4th Ave.
• A sponsored walk for Cystic Fibrosis.
• Cooked dinner for all of the families staying at the Ronald McDonald House.
• Bought Christmas presents for kids from Youth on their Own (an organization to help homeless kids).

Social:

• We host a tailgate for every U of A home football game.
• Superbowl Party.
• Keg-ball in the park (kickball with a keg!)
• Regular happy hour events.
• Christmas party with wives & girlfriends.
